Preamble
The term of the project will be for approximately 24 to 27 months. It is
anticipated to be from January 5, 2009, or upon contract execution, whichever is
later, to March 31, 2011.
Experience
Required Skills:
 |
Understanding of Object Oriented Design principles and methodologies. |
|
Minimum of five (5) years experience with Adabas/Natural programming in a
mainframe/CICS environment. |
|
Minimum of two (2) years experience with developing systems using Natural
Construct. |
|
Demonstrated experience with JCL. |
|
Formal testing experience. |
|
Strong documentation and written communication skills. |
|
Familiarity with full suite of Microsoft Office tools. |
|
Ability to work with both business and technical staff in a team environment. |
Desired Skills:
|
Experience with Client’s applications/systems. |
|
Knowledge of the Client’s Application Life Cycle (ALC) methodology. |
|
IEEE standard documentation. |
|
Understanding of the Client's business. |
|
Experience with large government data center services. |
Scope of Work Summary
Provide technical expertise in the following
areas:
|
Facilitate and/or participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) Sessions. |
|
Develop and update Requirements. |
|
Develop and update Construction Design Specifications. |
|
Develop and maintain Natural Objects. |
|
Build and maintain Unit Test Plans. |
|
Execute Unit Test Plans. |
|
Build and maintain Integration Test Plans. |
|
Build, maintain and/or review System Test Plans. |
|
Execute Integration Test Plans. |
|
Fix
program problems. |
|
Perform maintenance of current Client application modules. |
