(4) years of experience managing both Quality Assurance and Risk services for
large-scale, high-risk IT system. For the purposes of your response, a
“large-scale, high-risk IT system” is defined as a system having at least 100
system users and a total project cost of at least three (3) million dollars
(defined as the total system development cost including planning, design,
development and implementation). |

(4) years of experience applying industry standards and methodologies to IT
projects for Quality Assurance/Risk Management. At a minimum, one (1) of the
four (4) years of experience must include use of Institute of Electrical and
Electronics Engineers (IEEE) standards. |

(3) years experience using the following Microsoft Office tools: Outlook,
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Project. |

(2) years experience using custom developed and/or Commercial Off-The-Shelf
(COTS) tools for Quality Assurance, Risk Management and Test. |
