Preamble
The term of this contract is January 1, 2009 (or upon contract approval) through
November 19, 2009 with a total of 1,548 hours.
Work will be carried out at the Client premises during normal business hours.
Experience
The proposed contractor(s) must meet the skills and experience listed below:

Minimum of five (5) years experience in CONSTRUCT (Natural/ADABAS code
generator utility). |

Minimum of ten (10) years experience in setting up and testing Job Control
Language (JCL) processes. |
|
Minimum of ten (10) years experience programming in Natural/ADABAS programming
language. |
|
Minimum of ten (10) years developing test plans, test scripts, and
coordinating User Acceptance testing. |
|
Minimum of four (4) years experience in EntireX (Natural/ADABAS) utility,
which includes setting up and configuring the EntireX brokers, and using the
software for web services to the internet/intranet. |
|
Minimum of ten (10) years experience using the MVS IBM OS390 mainframe
environment using tools such as ISPF, and File-Aid II. |
|
Minimum of five (5) years experience training others in one-on-one and
classroom environments. |
|
Minimum of five (5) years experience working with clients to create business
requirements, technical and/or design requirements. |
|
Minimum of two (2) years experience using MS Visio to create flowcharts for
system documentation. |
|
Minimum of five (5) years experience analyzing client requests and coming up
with resolutions and alternatives. |
|
Minimum of ten (10) years of technical leadership, coordinating the efforts of
a project team to develop, test, and implement the necessary programming |
|
Desirable knowledge with the ADABAS Event Replicator Utility software. |
Scope of Work Summary
|
Assist in the development of a Project Management Plan and provide time and
resource estimates. |
|
Conduct detailed business requirements analysis, creating Business
Requirements, Detailed Design, and technical Requirement documents. |
|
Perform system modifications, including unit and system testing of all forms,
modules and reports created, or modified, and coordinate the migration to
production with the IT Database Administrators Unit (DBA). Complete the
migration and testing of forms and reports created or modified. |
|
Determine the conversion needs of existing data and if necessary, develop and
implement data conversion. |
|
Provide knowledge transfer and training to staff. |
|
Create a detailed test plan with test scenarios containing expected results
and final results for all stages of testing. Provide step-by-step procedures
to follow that can be used as a checklist. Obtain client/user acceptance
sign-off. |
|
Provide all documentation as noted in the Deliverables list. |
