Preamble
The project management
process begins immediately upon contract award and continues for two years
ending March 31, 2011.
Experience
The
contractor must have knowledge of the following:

Capabilities, limitation
and functional application of information technology methods and equipment. |

Information technology
systems design and programming. |
 |
Systems analysis,
development, planning, and documentation methods and standards. |

Data base organization,
access, and retrieval techniques |
 |
Project management
utilizing the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodology |
 |
Data communications
principles, practices and restrictions |
 |
Federal and State
information privacy laws |
The
contractor must have the ability to do the following:

Communicate clearly with
information technology and program staff and vendors |
 |
Monitor or observe data to
determine program problems |
 |
Prepare clear written
communication |
 |
Work effectively with
groups to build consensus |
Scope of Work Summary
 |
Produce weekly project
status reports for the Client Division Chiefs.

Organize and monitor all
phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
|

Plan, schedule and track
project timelines and milestones in accordance with contractual deliverables
|
 |
Monitor contract to ensure
timely completion of deliverables
|
 |
Communicate with outside
project resources the project development
|
 |
Effectively communicate
project expectations to assigned and contract staff.

Delegate tasks and
responsibilities to appropriate personnel
|
 |
Identify issues within the
project team ensuring they are addressed. Proactively identify changes in
project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans

Define project success
criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life
cycle
